Presented and produced by Ben Eshmade, this show is a one-hour transmission from an intensely beautiful musical world featuring guests and live sessions from its extended family.

Edition 26: This Is The Kit

This Is The Kit is Kate Stables. Kate’s first first album Krülle Bol was produced by John Parish and released by Rob da Bank’s label Sunday Best and a long awaited second album on Dreamboat Records was released early 2011. This album Wriggle out the Restless is born out of a new, slower way of working. Gestated over a long period the album has drawn on This Is The Kit’s many musical friends Rozi Plain, Jim Barr (Portishead) Francois and The Liftmen (Twisted Nerve) to fill out their delicate music into a full, robust sound.
